    100mm PUR/PIR boards will be much better than 25mm (no, it doesn't matter which brand you use). But.... You do need to look at the thickness of the joists and be very careful not to compromise the underfloor ventilation. i.e. If you have 75x50mm joists resting on dwarf walls, you need to leave a sizeable gap for air to circulate above the dwarf walls and make sure you do not block off the air bricks.
