    8. On April 19th 2021, when I returned to the vehicle, I had received a Privacy Notice posted on the car windshield that was in an envelope
    We have windscreens in this country!

    All - I have issued my documents to the courts by hand. I emailed them to VCS however they have an auto-reply stating they do not accepted service of documents by email. Is this allowed or do I need to post them

    my deadline for submitting is tomorrow so i have evidence that I have emailed them however I now worry that if i post them they will not arrive by tomorrow

    Will the email suffice?
