Multi-trip Holiday Insurance for over 70 year old with heart condition

Hi,

My Mum's trying to get multi-trip insurance for Europe,ideally including Turkey and Morocco. This is complicated by a heart operation she had, and fully recovered from some years ago. She used to pay an excess (~£150) to the holiday insurance included with her Lloyds bank account, but they're not answering the phone, and I'm not convinced by insurance that comes with bank accounts.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

If you search on the British Heart Foundation website "Travel insurance information sheet" you should get a PDF come up with some recommended Insurance companies
Nationwide have an account - Flexplus - which gives free insurance - you would need to get a price to add the conditions but it could be a cheaper route
