Fixed Term Contract with LPG supplier - Can a company charge more during the contract period?

I signed a contract in March 2021 for a fixed price for one year with no more than a 3p per litre price rise in the second year with my lpg supplier. I have recently received a letter from them saying that my price is rising (substantially!) going forward. Are they allowed to do this during the contract period?

Does the contract say they can?0

As above. We can't see your contract. What does it say on the matter of permitted price increases?0

If it's a fixed term contract then it simply means it exists for a certain period. If it was a fixed price contract (and for a fixed term) that would be something else.
As others have said, you need to clarify exactly what you agreed to.0
