Mysterious deposit

I received a deposit into my RBS Current account but have no idea who its from. RBS were only able to tell me what bank it came from but not who. Instead of a name the deposit has a long 11 digit reference number. Im not expecting it, family and friends have not sent me anything so im left clueless. How do i find out who its from?
