Has anyone purchased a bed, mattress etc from Divan Bed Warehouse. They seem incredibly cheap. A  Double bed with 2 Drawers, a sprung mattress and headboard for under £500. Any feedback would be appreciated. Are they rubbish or a bargain?

Is this an online retailer, or have you had a chance to bounce around on the mattress?

£500 isn't unusually cheap, but for that you won't be getting a premium mattress. Backs are precious and if you counted the price per hour of a good mattress, it wouldn't come to much. Eg a £1,000 mattress used for 10 years would cost <28p per night, or 3p/hr based on eight hours usage per night. Slash that in half to get a price per person.

Personally I always go with JL but Emma mattresses are supposed to be good.

Like you, I was a bit sceptical, so ordered a single bed last year on the basis that if it wasn't up to much at least I hadn't wasted too much money. I was so pleased with it that I went on to order my double bed from them this year. Headboards are well made and finished nicely, mattress very comfortable, bed base is nicely finished too. Would definitely buy from them again (and I do not have any connections to the business in case you were wondering!).

Have previously seen that companies internet site, Buying for ourselves. The divan set we liked seemed well priced but not having the chance to lay on one was a bother.
Went to a local bed showroom (family company) and cheekly asked them what is their equivalent of the above divan set we liked, showed them the online advert. Their comment was its an excellent budget divan set but they cant match the price. Other comments which i wont mention here, were very positive.

If possible visit a local bed showroom, haggle, mention sale items, mention black friday is soon, tell them your an influencer   

Ended up with a hypnos mattress, having tried them out before many times before
