This process seems to work ok except when you are dealing with "street wise" companies who are aware of the flaws in the process. The bailiff process is absolutely appalling. Does anyone know if it is possible to lodge a complaint? I have gone through the whole process, but I have only received 10% of the outstanding debt.

Can you explain more about what it is you want to complain about? Nobody can guarantee you'll recover the debt.0

MCOL is just a short cut to the old form filling etc, the process is just the standard civil procedure rules.
If you want to complain about the CPR then its your MP you want to be talking to0
