I have tried to find their SVR (Standard variable rate) but can't.
I'm currently paying about £120 per month.

Their new rates are £463 (Most popular)  or £322 (Loyal octopus)

Should I go with one of these or wait until they force me to move to something?

Try the above link. SVR for me was a lot less than those two tariffs

Best to take Octopus advice they are giving to customers of other energy suppliers "dont choose a new tariff"

The Ofgem rules are a hindrance at times.
They are obliged to email you with the cheapest tariffs that are on the same basis as your current tariff, i.e. fixed if that is what you are on now.
So yes, do not pick either, just drop onto Flexible Octopus October 2021 v2 when your fix ends.
