Bank needs me to get an ARN number

Hi,
I have had a refund from Opodo, but it got refunded back to an old debit card. This shouldn't be a problem but for some unknown reason my bank Lloyds say they cant find it for me and need me to obtain an ARN number from Opodo.
Needless to say the customer services folks on the phone have no idea what I'm on about and probably no idea how to get one.
Any ideas? Need to speak with someone in Opodo finance I guess.

"An Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) is a unique number assigned to a payment card transaction. This number can be used by issuing banks to trace a transaction with an acquirer."
The Opodo system should have this somewhere in it and if after another contact they can't find it I would raise a complaint.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards.
