Stopped receiving confirmation of self lateral flow test by text!

Hi, ive been doing a lateral flow test at home for months in order to see my elderly Mum in a carehome! My tests have always been negative and i send the result via Gov.uk and have always received confirmation that theyve received my negative result by text to my mobile and e mail! But all of a sudden, since last sunday and including this morning , ive sent three results and none have received confirmation by text message! Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if they resolved the problem!
