Family games - different houses

Does anyone have any recommendations for interactive games for families in different homes?
We usually do zoom games night quizzes etc but I have seen, I'm sure, an actual board game which links up online with all your different families.
I'm thinking of Christmas gifts and if anyone had a recommendation please that worked for them.
We are quite a computer literate family and enjoy all kinds of family fun games, so open to anything really.

I'm not very computer literate so not sure how we did it, but we have played Carcassone online and that was goodMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

There'll be 4 households, and we like interactive. We have done escape rooms and taskmaster. We had an app on our phones for quizzes but I fancy a boardgame one, I have seen some on TV but not heard of recommendations or looked into how they work.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0

Stumped over board Games only one I know is monopoly but unsure if each household needs the software on their own laptop/PC though, I'm guessing so.0 -
I have heard good things about a multiplayer game called Among Us.
It involves teamwork and requires microphones as you talk to each other in the mystery game.

Have a look at outsmarted, it's a quiz type game and people playing in different households can all download the app to play along with the person who purchased having the physical board.0

Try the Jackbox set of games (at jackbox games.com or on the Steam games app).Everyone sees the same screen via Zoom and you all use your phones as a controller. Highly recommend.1
