Have you ever rung Asda on their 0800 number to complain ? Its an ordeal. The torturous music had me almost in tears. It took 3 tries and almost 50 minutes to get to a point where I could take it further. Twice the line went dead. I ended up with a £5 voucher, a reference number and a instruction to take a picture and send it to customer services.
Why ? I checked my online receipt and found I had been overcharged £17.52. I have a sorry we did that to you email and a 3-5 day promise of the money will be back in your bank. It will keep me keen for a while
