Spanish Locator Form - which type of Covid 19 certificate

Hi

Can anybody help out with this?  We are fully vaccinated UK citizens with the Covid App (and a hard copy of a letter from the NHS.  There are 3 options on the LOcator form

EU Digital Covid Certificate

Equivalent digital Covid 19 certificate, recognised by the EU (there is a link to recognised countries, which says Switzerland, Iceland, Norway)

Other certificate

I'm assuming its the last one of these.  I've filled one of these in in July but can't remember this bit
