Hello. I am thinking of fitting front and rear dashcams in a ford ka studio. If the kits i have seen on ebay are hardwired to the fuse box can anyone tell me where the nearest earth point is in the footwell or close too in the ka? my understanding is that unless the kit is the cigar lighter socket fitted plug type then it has too be grounded using an earth point.
Thank you for your help.

There is usually a earth point near fuse box. Just look for a cable going to the bodywork.Life in the slow lane0
