HI
We got a letter from a Private Parking company for parking in a free car park doing some retail shopping for over staying the limit - Scotland.
The fine was produced by Highway parking in England. We have now had a letter from dcbl saying the will take legal action if we don't pay within a set time they will proceed. What is Scotland? Anyone had experience of these companies?

Complain to the retail park. Do not mention the driver's name. Read the NEWBIE sticky particularly the bit about Scotland. Was the car park in Scotland and do you live there also?2
