Credit Card Help Please

hi all need some advice for my boyfriend please he has 3 credit cards up to their max so unable to shuffle anything lloyds tsb balance 10500mint 6000nat west 4000 he earns good money not in arrears but finding minimum payments expensive and interest far too high he has tried to convert cards into loans (his bank etc) but all said no ! also applied for other cards but no also ! dont want to apply for anything else as too many searches on his file then .he is a homeowner but only 10000 equity in house ! what is the best way to deal with it now ?i suggested contacting cards and asking for interest change for life of balance ? he needs to deal with this before it goes out of control ? any advice please gratefully accepted paula x
