Randox Codes for Passenger Locator Form

I have booked 2 sets of Day 2 Lateral Flow Tests, one for myself and one for another (older) couple who aren't confident with using online bookings. Ours went through fine. The other couple have now revealed that they have given me the wrong email address, which is why they haven't received a confirmation email. Randox Customer Services go through 5 minutes spiel before telling me that 'the lines are busy call back later'. We are getting the tests delivered to a family member. I'm assuming that the tests will have the codes for the Locator Form on them and that they can open the packages and tell us the codes. Is that a fair assumption? I have used their PCR tests earlier in the year, but can't remember if the codes were in there (they must be though, surely?).
Still have to sort out the email issue to get the results back. Wish I'd never offered to do this now

All sorted. Got through to their Customer Services (eventually). They did say that it wouldn't have been that important, as it is the email you use when registering the tests that is used to send the results
