Waiting for ppi tax refund from a claims company

Hi need so advice I been waiting over 3 months for a claim company to let me know if my claim for ppi tax refund as been sent to tax office because they said it will take 10 weeks but haven't received anything from them or the tax office I have sent emails but they haven't replied to them I don't know what to do I shall wait for the tax office to send me a letter

Phone HMRC and ask if they’ve received anything. If they have and have sent a cheque, it’ll have gone to the claims company who will normally cash it, take around half and send you the rest.
for future reference, getting a tax refund from HMRC is one of the easiest things to do and you don’t need to employ someone, usually charging around half, to do it for you.helpful tips
