Refund question, purchased via Finance company.

So I purchased a Graphics Card from PCWorld (Oct 2020), that became faulty about 4 months ago. I reported it, and have been waiting all that time for anything like a Graphics Card to come into stock with them as they claim they have none due to silicon shortage. Anyway, my Year to claim a refund via PCworld was coming to an end, so I went to store and they processed a full refund instead. That was on the 2nd of October. 2021
I purchased the product using the in-house Finance company, Creation. The account is already paid in full, so I owe nothing. PC world said that the money would be returned to the finance company, who would then refund me.
Needless to say, no refund appeared with the Finance company (the less said about my experience every time I deal with PC world the better)... I chased it with them and they blamed PCWorld, PC world blamed the finance company (which again I remind you is PCworld finance company).. long story short the finance company said they would deal with PCworld and try sort something out.
My question is, do I expect from the finance company the cost of the product alone, or should the refund include any interest I paid on it? When ever they get their fingers out.
Thanks for your help in advance.

From the version of events you have given you'll get what PC World pays them which will be the original price paid.
You could attempt to reclaim the associated losses from PC World or under a S75 claim against the finance company but unless its a lot of money then it may be better to think of it as what covered the 4 months use you got before it broke down.0 -
Heads up that Creation Finance have nothing to do with PC World other than supplying a credit facility to their customers. They are a totally separate 3rd party company who supply finance to many companies.
