Yes, I am talking in working days

Well, I am still waiting. Complained last Friday and was told it would be expedited and in my account within 2-3 working days, here we are 5 working days later and money not arrived. They are now claiming they have expedited it again and it will be another 3-5 working days. I don't trust a single word they say anymore. They even had the cheek to say I had only put the request in on the 21st October, luckily the chat proving otherwise was there for everyone to see.
You can't get a refund for the card fee until you've cancelled the card.
You can't spend the credit balance if the card is cancelled.
So I am left with no other option but to constantly chase them.0
