There is 1 main prize, consisting of a wellness spa escape in the Lake district for 2 adults. Prize includes:

• Return economy train travel from a mainland UK rail station to the Lake District
• Return private station transfers to accommodation in the Lake District
• 3 nights’ accommodation at a spa hotel in the Lake District, based on sharing a double/twin garden suite with private deck and hot tub
• Daily breakfast
• 2 x 50-minute spa treatments per person in the hotel spa, with a range of options available
• 1 x Champagne afternoon tea in the hotel’s lounge
• Seven-course tasting menu at the hotel’s Michelin Star restaurant on one night of stay, including a bottle of house wine and service.

A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation. Hotel accommodation is based on sharing a double or twin Garden Suite; Hotel accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; All prize elements are subject to availability.

Prize is valid for 18 months from the date of winner notification, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2021 – 2nd January 2022 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or over 17th April 2022 (Easter Sunday), subject to availability. Winner must contact Prize Provider with preferred travel dates no later than six weeks prior to departure. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; once booked, the trip cannot be altered or amended.

The prize excludes meals and drinks (except where specified above), excursions, attractions, car hire, personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; The Prize Provider is Element London.

There are 100 runner-up prizes, each consisting of a 3-month coaching subscription service, providing 1:1 quit smoking support.

The Service is a telephone-based coaching service which will be conducted on a personal one-to-one basis with a qualified stop smoking advisor.
The Coaching service covers 12 consecutive weeks. The 12-week period begins the day that you call Solutions 4 Health to activate your coaching subscription, redeeming the unique code provided within your order confirmation via post, and ends at 23.59 on the 84th day following redemption.

The Service is available to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18+. If, upon registration, it is found that you do not meet these conditions we reserve the right to decline provision of services. 

No appointment is necessary. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm; Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays: 8am-1pm excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Hours of operation are subject to change at any time. Coaching subscription must be redeemed by 31st March 2022.
