Direct vacuums

Does anyone know if Direct vacuums is in trouble? I ordered a vaccum cleaner 6 days ago and paid via PayPal. I have received no communication from them despite my 4 emails asking for confirmation of the order.
They advertise free next day delivery but so far nothing. 
What do I do now? I have told them that if they do not have the item, just inform me and refund the money.
I need to clean my house!

They seem a genuine compamy and have a good trustpilot rating have you tried contacting them on facebook ?

No, a cursory bit of side research shows that MEIF is the Midlands Engine Investment Fund, so they borrowed money from this fund (probably a COVID recovery loan.) The charge is their security.
