Avios AMEX points on balance transferred out of card

I am looking to make a £3000 purchase and I would like to earn some points using my Amex on it but not pay the 22% interest.

Was looking at a balance transfer card to then transfer the £3000 so I can have 0% interest while I repay the purchase.

Does anyone know if this will affect my accrued points?

No amex just see the BT as a payment, so your points will be fine. Make sure that the 0% card does Amex BTs.
  • Awesome thank you @jay1804

As far as I am aware HSBC had a good 0% offer and accepted AMEX BTs
