North Coast Appliances - harrassing calls from unknown insurance provider

I have received several worrying phone calls from 07955 461823 asking for up-to-date credit card details for appliance cover. They said they are the debt recovery department for North Coast Appliances. I told them I don't have appliance cover with this company, but they will hear none of it and are persistent.

I asked for a website address of their company but they will not give me one and I can't find 'North Coast Appliances' on any internet search for the UK.
I can't find the mobile number or their customer services number 0800 0219345 on the internet either.
I have repeatedly asked them to send me information by post but none has ever been sent. They know my address as they provide it as soon as they start speaking on the phone.
I asked for their Companies House registration number to see if they were a genuine outfit but they didn't know what I was talking about.
I asked for their CEO name and after a long pause they gave the name 'James Arthur'. This still doesn't help with an internet search.
They have told me today that they will now pass my details to a third-party debt collection agency which is now getting very sinister.

Has anyone heard of this company please?

This totally sounds like a phishing exercise from a fraudulent outfit trying their best to obtain your details by deception.  Companies House doesn't even have a company listed under the name North Coast Appliances.

Try not to worry but if you do receive any letter from a debt recovery agency just deal with them as necessary.  I don't believe any will ever arrive.
