My zero balance CC is offering a poor 0% offer, better offer on same card available on sites.

Credit Karma is recommending to me:
But I already have a Virgin Money Credit Card with zero balance and a £14,000.00 credit limit.
In the app, it is only offering me: 0% until 30 Nov 22 with 3.5% fee,
Do you think I'll be turned down if I apply for this offer via the site?
Would I be better going for another card? But that would increase my credit on hand even higher.

You should check on the Virgin site not what Credit Karma is trying to tell you as they don't issue the card. Doesn't matter where you apply from, Virgin will make the decision0
