Hi 

Hoping someone can offer me some advice. I am currently paying off money owed to pure planet after we changed suppliers via My CRS now that the company has ceased trading do I still have to continue making those payments?

You will still owe the money .

The administrators of the company will handle it .

Yes, continue to pay as you usually do until you hear otherwise.

Odds are your debt will be sold off, so at some point you'll hear about that, and be given a new set of payment instructions.

May be an opportune moment to contact the Administrators and make an offer for a reduced amount 'in full and final settlement' if you are in a position to do so...

Thanks both I suspected so and will continue to pay it off, although I disputed the amount they were charging and they were an awful company to deal with there isn’t much left to pay and will pay it off
