 YES?!!! We’ve teamed up with one of our fave local fitness stars, Sarah Best of FindurFit to offer 10 lucky Muddy readers the FULL 6-week Festive Fitness Bites Programme, kicking off 1 Nov and running for 6-weeks.

Sarah Best is a REPS registered qualified Personal Trainer who specialises in helping women find long term health, strength and mobility through exercise, empowering them to glide into midlife feeling fit, confident and strong! We’ve done her classes ourselves and we love them!

 So what’s the programme?

• The virtual programme starts Mon 1 Nov 2021 and will run for 6-weeks, finishing 13 Dec 2021.
• Get a 6 week programme of ‘Bite Size’ workouts that offer flexible fitness – they can be done in your own time, whenever, wherever!
• Enjoy 3 x workouts a week that are all under 15mins and suitable for all levels.
• Every Monday morning at 6am, you’ll receive 3 brand new workouts so you can do them on their own as a ‘bite’ or work them together if you want something longer.
• Workouts will be a combination of Cardio, Strength and Core using minimal equipment.
