A couple of my callers have complained they can't me hear properly on my mobile because of noise and distortion on the line. I can hear them clearly though. I have a Samsung S8.

This may be because of speakerphone.

Went to the Samsung store mo help at all. He did a quick test and said nothing wrong. My husband tried ringing and as suggested on loud speaker it did distort.0

Did your husband call while you were in store, and what did they then say?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
No hubs call later just to test. The test Samung did in store I found online so could have done that myself.0

Record yourself on the voice recorder app and see if there is any distortion at different levels of speech.
That'll rule out a microphone fault.1 -

It could be Wi-Fi calling? I’ve found that pretty poor.0

I think I've finally cracked it with help from YouTube.
I suddenly realised what the caller could hear was my voice echoing and causing disruption.
I went into 'hearing enhancements' then checked 'mono audio'. Fingers crossed.0 -

I’ve found that pretty poor.Only if your wifi if poor (to the phone, the rest could be fine). The only way I can make a call or recieve texts in the house is to put in airplane mode and then turn wifi back on. (otherwise it tries to use teh network and calls drop as soon as I touch the phone (touching the phone (ie picking it up) reduces all signals to to it).0
