Hello.My husband suddenly died 7/08/2021.He have one apartments for £40000 maybe less,one property shared between me and him £25000.Both property abroad in Estonia.We married for 22 years and have two children.I trying to contact with solicitors,but just for consultation price is £318.

Sorry for your loss. 

 Solicitors charge a fortune sadly.  I have recently paid £650 to a solicitor to write a letter for me which I could have written myself. After all that it didn’t do the trick!  They know full well that they can charge what they like. 

I take it the £318 is for a solicitor in this country.

I'm not sure what questions you have, and as a UK site, we may not be too much help.

Did your husband leave a will dealing with any assets in the UK? If he did, you do what that will says. If not, you Google 'laws of intestacy UK'. 

However, a UK will can't generally dispose of assets not in the UK. So did your husband leave an Estonian will covering those properties? If not, what does Estonian law say?

You may need a solicitor with knowledge of Estonian law. But again, Google. Do you have any support from friends or family who know about such things? Is there an Estonian Association or similar?
