We are having a lot of bother to get our refund on 2 tickets with Virgin Atlantic as we could not travel in March 21 due to COVID related causes. The worst is that Virgin Atlantic have no email contact for us to write directly to them and the Tel no available cuts out after waiting on it for a long time. Very desperate to contact Virgin staff to discuss our case. If anyone can help ….. will be obliged.

    Try social media channels perhaps?

Or if they cancelled your flights (or otherwise breached the contract) and you'd booked directly with them by credit card, you could recover your costs with a section 75 claim via your credit card provider....

Did the flight get cancelled, or were you unable to travel?
If the flight went ahead then don't forget it then depends on the type of ticket you booked as to whether you are entitled to a refund, you may need to claim on travel insurance.

I think you need to elaborate a little more on the reason you could not travel. "Covid related causes" may not necessarily mean a right to a refund from the airline.
  • As above really, you need to find out if the flight left or not.
If you couldn't travel due to restrictions, you're not automatically entitled to a refund.
