It baffles me why they continue to insist on booking 1-hour appointment slots just to open a joint account whilst showing each applicant the same videos, twice. And an appointment at your local branch could be weeks away because of artificial demand.3

Covid has ensured that branches have had a drop in demand so has been a most useful scapegoat.
If it hadn't happened our branches might have had a longer reprieve.
I now do all my Lloyds banking at the post office, instead, because their staff are friendlier.0 -
