Thanks you for just sending out another email dump list from this awful company.
You gave out my identity.
Dozens of accounts and items stolen by Fraud as a result.

To quote you...
"which could indicate that the third party had prior knowledge of your personal information. Given that the security questions check was passed successfully, and the email and phone verification also did not flag any suspicions, ID verification was not needed to proceed.
Please also be advised that for security reasons, we do not hold the questions provided which makes us completely unable to provide these for you."

"Could" indicate, this does not mean they had any of info you allegedly state...
The email and number used were not mine and your call sender told me as much. THEY SUPPLIED FAKE INFO AND YOUR SYSTEM DID NOT PICK IT UP.
I only have one email and one mobile.
I have these on my file.
All they used was my name age and address, this could be obtained through the electorate roll.
It is very convenient for you that you deleted the "questions asked" and THEREFORE YOU HAVE ASSISTED THE FRAUDSTER TO GET AWAY WITH THERE ACTIONS AND MOVE THE BLAME FROM YOU TO ME.
Clear Score do not care.

If they used a different email address, it means they didn't try to reset your password or log into your account.
If they tried setting up a new ClearScore account with your personal information, ClearScore should have detected your existing account and prevented a second account from being created with your credit history.

The OP made a spelling mistake. I am sure they do know the difference in their meanings.3 -

Your comment is unfriendly, sarcastic and unhelpful. It could be that English is not their first language. Indeed, and we suggested repeatedly you report your neighbour illegally breaking lockdown, potentially helping the coronavirus spread and risking the lives of others and you were even defending not reporting them instead of helping others out by getting the police on them!
