Section 75

If I claim a Section 75 for a specific amount and then realise that the claim should have been for more money, can I increase the claim or can I claim a second time?

Thanks

Assuming it hasnt been litigated then yes you can do either but adjusting the ongoing claim is going to be the easier route most likely.

Depends on if you sign a full & final settlement to get the 1st payment.
