..I completed the Health Control forms this morning, due to fly out to Lanzarote tomorrow, but I could not enter any data for my 10 year old, pop up saying he was not applicable.
When we received the QR codes for the rest of us in the email it says:
'Children under 12 years of age must present the QR, but are not required to present the certificate.'
bit panicked! Can anyone clear this up for me?
Thank you.

  • Panic over!!! was able to create a QR code as an individual traveller. This may be good infor if others have struggled with the Spanish forms.
