Utility room and WC in a garage

So we want to take some space from the garage and build a utility room and put a  Downstairs toilet in, Any ideas of a cost? Not a massive room big enough for a private toilet and then another room for the washing machine and fridge/freezer?

How long is a piece of string?
I think the main part of the cost is connection to the sewage - and this depends on the garage position relatively to the existing soil pipes and manhole(s).

If the garage is accessible from the new utility room, you'll need a fire door there, if not already installed.
Impossible for anyone to give you costs, you've not even stated the area of the new living space, services access, construction...
