Even if a transaction doesn't come up on the free price data, you can always download the registered title (assuming the property is registered), which you might want to do anyway if only to check that the "landlord" does actually own it.

That information comes from the land registry. So if it's not available on the land registry it won't be available through rightmove/zoopla/192 or any other sites that scrape that sort of information
