Why would a shopper use Klarna if they were making a purchase and just paying for it then and there (and not BNPL)?

I was thinking the same. For the consumer? I can't think of anything. For the marketplace choosing only to allow Klarna, i guess it stops S75 risks where the CC company would reclaim the funds (or not pay them if they hadn't yet).Peter

What if you don't have an account or linked credit card with klarna, but the retailer chooses to use them as their payment processor? Do you still lose you section 75 rights?
