I think you need to get ESA to acknowledge the tribunal decision and confirm that this means that at the time you claimed UC you were entitled to ESA WRAG. This will then establish your entitlement to the LCW element from the start of the UC claim.

I will phone the DWP tomorrow and see if they spesk to me....

    Good luck.

OP - Have you a copy of the Tribunal decision notice that placed you in the Support Group
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

If you have the tribunal notice, then I'd be inclined to move to a mandatory reconsideration of the UC decision not to pay you the LCWRA element.

    https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/problems-with-your-payment/challenging-a-universal-credit-decision-mandatory-consideration/

Set out the chronology of your ESA claim and appeal, together with your UC claim, include a copy of your tribunal decision.
Explain that since (following the tribunal decision) you were in the Support Group when you applied for UC, and have been continuously in receipt from before April 2017, that you should receive the LCWRA element of £344 pm.
That this element should be paid from the date of your UC claim, and that your work commitment should be changed, so that you do not have to seek work or attend work related interviews.

As previously advised see if your advice agency can help you.

Contact your MP, copy them with the tribunal decision and ESA / UC history and ask for them to intervene with the DWP to get you the correct UC award.

If the incorrect decision isn't changed by the DWP after your MR, then proceed directly to tribunal.

Edited:  Per poppy's post below.  OP placed in Support Group by the tribunal (rather than the WRAG).
'On my decision notice from the tribunal it says I have Limited capability for work related activity.'

When you say you were awarded 15 points which group were you placed into the Support Group or WRAG? for the Support Group, it's not about scoring points, this will be WRAG. If it's WRAG did you start your ESA claim originally start before or after April 2017?

On my decision notice from the tribunal it says I have Limited capability for work related activity.

I'm not seeing where it says the OP was put into the WRAG by the Tribunal, as here it says Support Group.

I missed that. I was going by the reference to scoring points. I found the narrative quite difficult to follow which Is why I tried to summarise it.

OP, if the tribunal decision says LCWRA that means you were entitled to be in the ESA Support Group and are entitled to the LCWRA element of UC rather then the LCW element I mentioned earlier.

Same here and got quite confused when the OP started talking about 2012 -2018 when it seem irrelevant. When i read it again i noticed the LCWRA.
