Upvc meter cupboard door

Hi, 
I'm trying to replace my old rotten wooden meter cupboard door with a Upvc version. I have seen other people in the area with what I am looking for but whenever I try to get a quote for one on an online made to measure door company website my sizes are outside the range. 

Does anyone know if what I am looking for has a special name or any idea where I could get one made? I am looking for about 900mm wide by 750mm high. 

I have attached a picture to show wha I am after.

    DIY or get a handyman to make it.

    Cost of materials is c. £30 delivered. The board is 30cm wide, so the door will be made from 3 pieces
