Hi has anyone know how to chat with British Gas as I Log in & chat button and its says the agent has left the chat about 1 sec in; tried about 7 time now am & pm and its the same ?

Very hit and miss. Sometimes the chat button is there and it works. Sometimes it's there but doesn't work at all. Often it doesn't appear at all. Sometimes it appears if you're not logged in but disappears when you are logged in. In other threads posters have observed things change outside office hours.

Also the "Get in touch page" has frequently been reported as equally quirky.

Last year I gave up and am now no longer with BG.
In fairness some MSE posters say they've been very happy at BG and other companies seem to frustrate a fair number of customers too.

I really wish I could be more helpful but all I can do is keep my fingers crossed for you.
