    Tell your friend to speak to a free debt charity,  Step Change, CAB, etc

    Hello, from personal experience, I can highly recommend Stepchange to your mate. They are brilliant at what they do. They guided me all the way to get my DRO and submitted my application for me. They are kind, knowledgeable and non-judgemental and best of all, they are free of charge. I am now out of the other side of the DRO and it's dropped off my credit reports.
