Lease from land registry

Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy a lease hold property and been over 5 months since the offer was accepted.
After such a long wait we are almost at exchange but waiting for a lease from land registry which was ordered by the sellers solictor. How long does it take to get a copy of the lease from land registry? been over a week now so was wondering when would i expect this because my mortgage offer expires soon. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If your solicitor hasn't even seen the lease yet then you're nowhere near exchange. There could still be all sorts of enquiries that need answering. I would have expected a copy from either the freeholder or the leaseholder at the start of the buying process.How did you even know that you wanted to put in an offer without first seeing the lease?0

There are 2 leases under the title we have the latest one for a while but also wanted to have a look at the other lease under the title.0
