Capital One payment period

Be warned! I have been told by Capital One (taken out a cash earning card) that even electronic payments to them to pay off the balance, take 5 working days, AND if they don't get it they charge a £12 fee AND may lock your card!!

What do you expect?
If you look at the back of your statement it will tell you how long it takes to reach them whatever method of payment you use.
It is becoming more standard practise to 'lock' someone's card if they are late in paying.0
