I switched from Pure Planet a few days before they ceased trading. How/will I get my Pure Planet credit?

When a Supplier of Last Resort (SOLR) has been appointed for Pure Planet (which I don't think has happened yet) they will handle your credit refund. It will come eventually but may well take some time.Reed0

I swapped suppliers from Eversmart about two days before they went bust - it took around four months to get my credit back.
They do tend to try and sort out all the current customers first before looking at those who've already left.
A lot also depends on how well the bust suppliers records have been kept and can be integrated. IRESA, was a total shambles and TBH Eversmar needed a bit of prodding. It took some customers over a year to get it sorted out, especially if they hadn't been sending in meter readings and checking their bills.
It helps a lot if you've saved statements and bills from the bust supplier so you have evidence of the state of your accountNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
