CEDR - any success stories?

Hi all
I was reading Trustpilot reviews of the CEDR, and the rating is very low, obviously because the vast majority of reviews are from people who tried to claim against someone and lost. It made me wonder if anyone knew of any success stories of people claiming through the CEDR against their surveyor?

I've had a successful complaint but was not happy with the award.
the whole CEDR process is geared for damage limitation for the companies involved and not for the best resolve of the customer.
The Surveyor it is against has still not paid us the minimal money awarded. it appears the CEDR can't do anything to enforce non-compliance by these companies either!
