ONLINE FAMILY FORTUNES COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

The Family Fortunes competition (“Competition”) is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only (excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition).

Opening/closing date & time:

· The Competition opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 15 October 2021.

· The Competition closes for entries online at 11.00am on Friday 22 October 2021.

You must complete your entry before the closing date and time of the Competition. If you are part way through your entry when the Competition closes you will not be able to complete your entry and you will not have entered the Competition.

How to enter:

The Competition has two stages:

Stage 1: Question Round

When you are ready to start your entry, click the “Start Now” button (“Button”). You will have 15 seconds to answer a multiple choice question. The correct answer is based on the results of a survey in which 100 people have been asked an open-ended question. If your answer within the time limit matches the most popular answer you will be eligible to be entered into a prize draw (“Prize Draw”) to win the Prize. To complete your entry you must accept the entry requirements and click “Submit”.

If you answer the question incorrectly or fail to select an answer within the 15 second time limit, you will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

Please note that once you click the Button, you cannot cancel or pause your entry.

You should ensure that you have an adequate internet connection before entering the Competition. If you lose your internet connection, close or refresh your browser, or click ‘Back’ between starting the Competition and submitting your answer to the question, you will not be entered into the Competition and you will not be able to start your entry again.

Stage 2: Prize Draw

All entrants who answer the question correctly and submit their entry at Stage 1 will be entered into a Prize Draw to win the prize.

If no eligible entries are made for the Prize Draw by the close date, the Prize Draw will not take place and the prize will not be awarded to any entrant.

Winner selection:

The Prize Draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

Cost of entry:

Entry to the Competition is free however data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider or mobile network).

Maximum number of entries:

One (1) entry per phone number.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of a gadgets bundle (“Bundle”) including:

○ one (1) Google Nest Hello Video Doorbell;

○ one (1) Samsung 2021 QLED HDR 1500 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, 55 inch with TVPlus/Freesat HD;

○ one (1) Sonos Beam Compact Sound Bar with Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant;

○ one (1) Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue / Neon Red Joy-Con Controllers; and

○ one (1) Samsung Series 5+ AddWash WiFi-enabled 9 kg 1400 Spin Washing Machine.

The prize includes standard delivery to the winner’s home address however please note that delivery of the Bundle may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation and Brexit.

The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the Bundle to the winner’s home address).

Please note that the prize provider will use its best efforts to provide the elements of the Bundle as stated above. In the event that any element of the Bundle is unavailable, the prize provider shall provide the winner with an alternative of equal or higher value.

The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.
