    I don't know why they bother.
    The advert has already been seen by hundreds of thousands of people - too late to ban something that has already done it's job.
    Now if said company was banned from any form of advertising for 12 months...  that would be real action.


    To be fair though, yes the "offer" of 12GB instead of 8GB of data is "introductory" but the lady told me it is "introductory" for nearly 2 years (I can't remember the exact date), by which time, they are likely to be other offers of a similar nature.
