May have found the killer statement:
”All travellers must complete their passenger locator form prior to travel, including a test booking reference number supplied by a testing provider. Travellers will be able to upload their test booking reference to the passenger locator form from 22 October for arrival in the UK from 24 October.”
That seems clear - shame it was at the bottom after the stupid quotes on why this is a good thing!1 -

Ordered mine this morning... the gov.uk list is basically useless, as 90% of people on there have prices (including Boots at £21) but their websites haven't been updated yet to let you actually order.0

Ordered mine whilst at Edinburgh Airport enroute for LHR and then Dusseldorf - £18.80 from Chronomics .
They are not posting it till the day I get back but as long as the code works on the PLF I don't care if it never turns up.1 -
I return from Spain Nov 2 to Edinburgh airport, but live in England, fully vaccinated.
So I still need a PCR test at twice the price, to test myself two days from entering the UK. How does Surgeon think this is of any benefit to Scotland?

Other countries should be worried because there is more chance of us exporting Covid to them.
My daughter flies in from Spain for Week on Monday. She has to do a day 2 test when she gets here but when she flies home she doesn't have to take any tests at all. There again, Andalusia still have more measures in place than we do.0 -
To true. I've been traveling round Andalusia for the past 5 weeks and it is striking how mask wearing is enforced with seemingly few exceptions.
I am more at risk of catching alcoholism in my couple of hours stay in Scotland than infecting hoards of people that I will never meet, just so Sturgeon can get her evil way.0 -
