ESA..upcoming Health Assessment phone interview

Hello everyone.
I don’t qualify for ESA, but I have been receiving NIC credits, since April this year. I lost my mum in March, and have been pretty badly grief-stricken.. The last fit-note I sent was for 6months, till March ‘22.. so I understand the purpose of the phone assessment, and will answer honestly, regarding my current mental health, but I am hoping that I can at least keep the NIC credits till next March. I hope to feel a lot better by then, and to be in a position to look for a part-time job, up to maybe 15hours a week..I hear these phone appointments can be quite intense, does anyone have experience of this please?
