Your closed account with its credit balance, will be the responsibility of the SoLR.It may take a few months to get paid as the primary focus is the live accounts, but they will get around to you eventually.0

Thank you MWT but I as i said I'm not with a SoLR i had already switched. the credit pure planet owe me is what is left after their final bill.0

Even so, MWT is correct:Kevoh117 said:Thank you MWT but I as i said I'm not with a SoLR i had already switched. the credit pure planet owe me is what is left after their final bill.MWT said:Your closed account with its credit balance, will be the responsibility of the SoLR.It may take a few months to get paid as the primary focus is the live accounts, but they will get around to you eventually.N. I stand to be corrected but my understanding is that the SoLR is responsible for all credits owed or debits owing to former PP customers.1

Thanks all, having got through to my new supplier MWT is indeed correct but it is still a little odd situation as the SoLR will receive my 'closed' account details open a 'new' account, refund my credit and then immediately close the account. If they try to take on my energy supply my new previously switched supplier will place an objection to the transfer. So its a little confusing being in the middle of this sad situation but anybody in the same situation will still be refunded, but be patient.0
