Pure planet owned credit after switch completion

Options
Hello, pure planet still owe me credit but I had already completed a switch to another company before they went bust. How do I get my credit returned as I wont be transferred under ofgem process.

Your closed account with its credit balance, will be the responsibility of the SoLR.
It may take a few months to get paid as the primary focus is the live accounts, but they will get around to you eventually.
  • Thank you MWT but I as i said I'm not with a SoLR i had already switched. the credit pure planet owe me is what is left after their final bill.

... and as I said, your closed account will still be transferred to the SoLR for them to deal with.
It doesn't matter that you already switched away from them, the SoLR will still be the one to sort out what is owed to you.

    Even so, MWT is correct:

I stand to be corrected but my understanding is that the SoLR is responsible for all credits owed or debits owing to former PP customers.
  • Thanks all, having got through to my new supplier MWT is indeed correct but it is still a little odd situation as the SoLR will receive my 'closed' account details open a 'new' account, refund my credit and then immediately close the account. If they try to take on my energy supply my new previously switched supplier will place an objection to the transfer. So its a little confusing being in the middle of this sad situation but anybody in the same situation will still be refunded, but be patient.
